Our inventory is almost exclusively donated by our generous community. We accept a wide variety of home improvement materials, tools and furnishings. Items accepted for resale must be clean, dry, complete, and in good working order. Scroll down for detailed donation guidelines.

We accept most furniture and home decor, major appliances, building materials and tools in good, clean, complete, saleable condition. Click on each category for specific guidelines (guidelines are subject to change).
Yes Please:
- Most appliances in good working condition, disconnected if we are picking up.
- Refrigerators/Freezers with good compressors and good door seals (please plug in before pick up or deliver upright to avoid damage)
- Built-in Microwaves with mounting hardware
- Water heaters for recycle (dead or alive). ReStore drop off only – no pick up.
- Air Conditioners (whole house units must be under 10 years old and professionally removed)
No Thanks:
- Dishwashers
Yes Please:
- Lumber & trim 6′ and longer
- Sheet goods (plywood, osb, drywall, hardibacker, etc.) 1/2 sheet and greater
- Hardware & fasteners
- Concrete products, brick
- Field tile (at least 30 sq. ft.)
- Decorative tile, trim, glass & stone
- Grout & mastic
- Roofing, flashing, gutter
- Insulation (must be wrapped in plastic)
No Thanks:
- Stone & stone composite slab countertops (too heavy!)
- Lumber with nails
- Used tile/masonry with attached grout/mastic
Yes Please:
- Cabinetry with all doors and drawers attached
- File Cabinets
- Countertops:
- at least 4′, mounted formica or plastic composite
- non-slab countertops 4′ and greater (no holes)

* Due to high donation volume, we are sometimes unable to accept additional rugs and bed frames (we always accept metal “Hollywood” style though). Please call ahead.

- Most furniture in good sale able condition (free of stains, rips, odor, pet hair or other damage).
- Most decor such as mirrors, framed artwork, vases, lamps, silk plants, and certain higher value housewares such as dish and cookware sets
- Holiday decor between October 1st and December 31st

- Pristine Mattresses (must be seen in person) and pristine mattress/box spring sets

- Incomplete items (missing hardware, etc.)
- Disassembled pressboard furniture
- Floral or plaid upholstered couches/chairs

- Single dining room chairs
- Large desks (industrial, executive, modular, etc. over 4′ wide)

- Carpet & carpet pad (30 sq. ft. or more) free of stains, odors, wear patterns or other damage
- Vinyl and laminate flooring in reusable condition (30 sq. ft. or more per type)
