Sales

50% off Color Sales:

  • Colored tags on most furniture, home décor, cabinets, lighting and other items are used to automatically discount merchandise.
  • Colors are changed according to inventory levels.

Weekly Deals 20% off:

  • Wednesday: Military/Veteran and First Responder Appreciation Day (with ID)
  • Thursday:  Mature Adult Day for customers age 55 or older
  • Saturday:  College Student Day (with ID)

Loyalty Rewards:

  • Sign up with a phone number to earn cash rewards
  • Opt in for text messages for extra coupons, special sale announcements and sale color change alerts

Returns & Hold Policies

Refunds:

  • Receipt required
  • 7 calendar days for cash or credit refund
  • 30 calendar days for store credit
  • Defective appliances, electrical items, etc. can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Hold Policy:

  • Items must be purchased to be held.
  • Held items must be picked up within two business days during store hours. (Excluding Sun)

  • We cannot guarantee assistance with loading, but will always try.

Exclusions

No Discounts on:

  • CUP (Creative upcycled projects)
  • Full Kitchen Cabinet sets (or other reclamation projects)
  • Retail items (Retail paint, LED light bulbs, Handyman Soap, Lava Edge Soap, etc.)
  • Keyed locksets

No Double discounts

Examples:

  • Either senior discount or loyalty rewards

 Coupons can be applied on purchases of donated material that has not been already discounted.
