Please Read Before You Order


The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority during this global COVID-19 pandemic. We now have a selection of items that you can browse and purchase online, without stepping foot in the store.  Your purchase is completed after you see your items in person at the time of pick-up, curbside. 

For the safety of our customers and employees, our staff will wear a mask during your transaction.  We encourage you to wear a mask, as well!


Your items will be ready for pick-up Monday through Saturday, 10:00am – 12:00pm at the ReStore loading area, located next to the sliding glass doors at 224 NE Thurston Ave., Bend.

A ReStore staff member will call you when your order is ready to schedule a pick-up time. Your credit card will not be charged until you inspect, approve and pick up your items.

When you arrive at the ReStore, please call 541-312-6709 and we will bring your items to your vehicle. Please bring a digital copy or printout of your receipt (confirmation email). We can only hold your items for 2 business days. After 2 days, your items will be returned to the sales floor and your order will be canceled.

COVID-19 protocols prevent us from loading items into vehicles, so please bring help if necessary. ReStore staff will be able to assist loading into truck beds or trailers only.

Please note that refrigerators must be loaded in the upright position or the warranty will be voided.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery services. 


At this time, ReStore is not accepting returns, with the exception of defective items.  We will continue to offer a 30 day guarantee on appliances and other electrical items.
